An AI advisory board that you create in your own Claude account
Put one challenge in front of it for 30 days. Four or more perspectives give you honest, specific feedback, you pick one next step at a time, and the board checks in on it next session. You decide every day whether to continue.
Nothing you add is stored. It is only used to create your personal file for download.
One thing you want honest feedback on for the next 30 days. You can sharpen it with your board later.
Needed for the download.
What would make the 30 days worth it, and when Day 1 is.
Not sure yet? Your board helps you set it on Day 1.
Four members are ready to go. Tick extra perspectives or add your own. You can also swap members later just by telling your board.
Pick a tone and an approach, session length and language. All of these can be changed later by telling your board.
Check your choices, then download your board as one file. You'll add it to Claude in step 6.
techguide-board-pilot.zip
What you add here is not stored. It is only used to create your file, and nothing is sent to TechGuide.ai.
Your board is downloaded. Now add it to Claude, about 3 minutes.
Follow these six short steps in your Claude account. Keep the downloaded file handy for 6.3.
In Claude, open Settings › Capabilities and switch on Code execution and file creation. The board needs it to draw your 30-day map.
Open Settings › CapabilitiesOn a Team or Enterprise plan, an organisation owner may need to allow skills and code execution first.
Go to Customize › Skills and click the + button at the top of your skills list.
Open Customize › SkillsChoose + Create skill, then Upload a skill, and pick techguide-board-pilot.zip from your Downloads folder.
techguide-board-pilot now appears in your skills list. Make sure its switch is on. If the upload fails, check that you uploaded the zip exactly as downloaded.
Create a Project called My Board and start a chat there with Start my board. Your board greets you, confirms your dates and shows your 30-day map. If Projects aren't available on your plan, keep using one chat instead.
Return to the same Project and say Board check-in. Each day you choose: full session, lighter, skip, or stop. Say Show my board any time to see your 30-day map. At the end of each session, add the record your board gives you to the Project's files so it remembers your progress.
The pictures are simplified illustrations; Claude's screens may look slightly different.
The TechGuide Board is a pilot you run on your own. If you'd like a person alongside you, someone to coach you through the change and the decisions it asks of you, book a Discovery Session with TechGuide.ai.
